Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates & Methods To keep things affordable for my members, all Mail Club packages are sent as standard USPS First-Class Mail (stamped letters/flats).

2. Processing & Mailing Schedule I ship my Mail Club packages once a month! Your envelope will be carefully packed and dropped at the post office by the 20th of each month. If you subscribe after the cutoff date, your first package will ship the following month.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Once the post office has your envelope, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3 to 7 business days

• International: 7 to 21 business days Please note: Since we use standard stamps to keep shipping costs low for you, these shipments do not include a tracking number.

4. What if my mail is lost or delayed? Snail mail can occasionally take scenic detours! If your envelope hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (for US orders) or 30 business days (for International), it may be officially lost.

5. Address Changes Moving to a new studio or home? You can update your shipping address anytime inside your Shopify customer account dashboard. Please make sure your address is updated by the 1st of the month to ensure your next story bundle goes to the right mailbox!
