Due to the limited-edition, custom nature of my monthly stationery drops, all sales are final and I cannot accept returns or refunds.

However your happiness is everything to me! If your envelope happens to arrive damaged, gets lost in the mail, or has a missing item, please email me at taozi.taohua@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. I will gladly send you a free replacement package right away so you don't miss out on the story!
